We are alive in interesting and dangerous times. Great changes are sweeping across our planet and it can feel difficult to understand our role in life. How do we deal with feelings of uncertainty or fear in face of such overwhelming circumstances? How do we find joy and inspiration in the midst of challenge?
How can we take part in healing ourselves and our world?
We open this year’s festival with stories to strengthen our mythic imagination, and a discussion about the ways in which we can connect to the wisdom of the body by accessing a deeper relationship with time and the language of the heart. These resources will help us turn us toward a life-sustaining culture.
Join us as we lay the ground for the week’s practices, and find support and inspiration to keep hope alive as we journey in the Great Turning of life.

In this workshop intensive, will take the time to explore a variety of responses to a society which values profit above life. We also will experience directly some of the incredible ways we are connected to one another and to the systemic, self-healing powers of the web of life. Exercises will take us into meditation and movement, art-making, journaling, and group ritual-making.
Find support and inspiration to keep hope alive as we journey in the Great Turning of life.

Rhea Wolf is feminist, witch, astrologer, and workshop facilitator. She lives with a passion for supporting people in activating their creativity and discovering how they can help shift our culture to one that respects and nurtures life. Rhea has an intimate and intuitive understanding of the light and dark in every human heart. She utilizes myth, writing exercises, and guided spiritual practices to help each client find the courage to face patterns of suffering and open to new ways of connecting to the larger world.
Rhea brings creative writing workshops, pagan spirituality, and The Work That Reconnects to many populations, such as women in prison, at-risk youth, and activists on the front lines of change. Her background includes a BFA in Theater and facilitator training with Joanna Macy in The Work That Reconnects.
