Join us for an enchanted Full Moon Ceremony to inspire deeper connection with the spirit of Nature.
We’re diving into the themes of each lunation of the year using the Dreamfruit™ interactive almanac as our framework.
During the Gravity lunation, the more space we can create to bear witness — instead of attempt to control or resist things as they are — the more we move toward wholeness and coherence.
In this month’s ceremony Elizabeth Russell leads you through a powerful movement and writing process, inviting you to release into Earth’s gravity and connect with the intelligence that presides over the deep Mystery.
You will be tuning into the body with a gentle movement meditation, then go “into the imaginarium” to explore your own relationship with the chthonic realms.
*** WHAT YOU’LL NEED ***
- A little bit of space for you to move around comfortably. At least enough room to lie down.
- Writing paper for notes and journaling. You could also use your Dreamfuit’s “Notes from the Field” pages if they are still blank.
- Your favorite pens.
- Wear comfy clothes that feel good to you.
- An open mind ready to explore!
Then, grab a cup of tea and find a quiet spot where you can take an uninterrupted deep dive into the lunar flow.
Full Moon ceremonies are ninety minutes in length and held via zoom. These are unique creative sessions that vary in format each month based on the lunar energy. Hosted by Elise Crohn of Juicy Creatives and Elizabeth Russell, creator of Dreamfruit.
Full Moon events are made available as individual drop-in sessions throughout the year. This is not a closed group.
